Wed Meal Package Reservations

WEDNESDAY NIGHT FELLOWSHIP SUPPERS

 

Get ready for some great mid-week gatherings!

Eating together is one of the most important acts of the Christian community.  It is at the table that we form lasting relationships and have time to speak truth into each other’s lives.  Our fellowship at the table is a symbol of the great banquet to come, where Jesus will welcome his own to dine with him.  So, whether you are a long time member of WFUMC or have just recently participated in the congregation, we invite you to join us each Wednesday for wonderful food and fellowship with friends, both old and new.
We are offering a new pre-paid dinner package that you will appreciate.  This will be the only option for making a permanent reservation.  The pre-paid package will be broken down into (3) 8-week periods.  You can pre-pay for an 8-week period and save $1.00 off the Adult and $0.50 off the Child meal cost.  This saves you from having to make a weekly reservation.

 

You can pre-pay for the dinner package  with a check made out to WFUMC, or with cash.  Checks and cash can be brought to the office, or placed in an envelope in the offering plate, or brought to a Wednesday night meal by October 12.

Members will also continue to have the option of making a weekly reservation via a pew card in the sanctuary, via an email to admin.assistant@watkumc.org, or phone call to (706-769-6088).  The email and phone call reservation must be made by noon each Monday.  Please do your best to adhere to this reservation deadline so that we can place food orders promptly and prepare the correct number of meals for that particular week.  Barring emergency circumstances, we are asked to pay  for any weekly reservations that we make but can not attend.
