The members of this committee are charged with the selection and
recruitment of persons to fill offices to be elected at Charge Conference.
This group is to have 9 church members, including one young adult,
and one youth (if possible), plus the Lay Leader and the pastor.
Each new class may be nominated from floor of Charge Conference
and no two persons from the same family may serve simultaneously.

Committee on Staff Parish Relations
The members of this committee monitor relations between staff and
congregation, hire and dismiss staff as needed; recommend salaries;
indicate appointment preferences to the district superintendent;
and seek candidates for the ordained ministry. This group is to have
between 5 and 9 church members, including a young adult, and one
Sr. High youth (if possible). No staff or members of the families
of the staff or pastor may serve on this committee. No two persons
from the same family may serve simultaneously.

Board of Trustees
The members of this committee are responsible for the up-keep of
the physical plant, the acceptance of bequests, and are the officers
of our incorporated body. They are the only ones in the church
authorized to sign contracts or otherwise represent the church in
legal proceedings. This group is to have between 3 and nine members
plus the pastor. 2/3 of the board must be members, 1/3 must be
women. All must be over 21 years of age.
