Steve Coggins

Steve was an Army brat, born in Germany and grew up in Dekalb County Georgia. After his enlistment in the US Marine Corps, he has spent much of his career in the multifamily maintenance and construction fields. He holds many certifications including refrigerant handling, OSHA 40 and is a certified property maintenance and housing inspector to name a few.

Steve has been married to Denice for 37 years and they have two children and four grandchildren. He
enjoys spending time with his family, landscaping, and hobby farming and new challenges.
